We have tried to make this website both functional and simple, as well as attractive.   Above all, we strive to make it useful. 

I spent some of my early years as a contractor supporting the US Army Night Vision Laboratory at Ft. Belvoir.  Since then, the name has undergone several changes, but all of the old timers still call it "NVL"
